Shopping Process

1. Select Products: Find the products you want through page browsing or full-text search.
2. Checkout: Click "Add to Cart" on the product page to proceed to the checkout page.
3. Payment Options: Please select your payment method and fill in your order details.
4. Order Received: Placing an order according to our company's confirmation mechanism regarding product quantity and price indicates that you have made an offer, but it does not mean the transaction is complete (the contract is not yet established).
If our company confirms that the transaction terms are correct, the ordered products are still in stock, the ordered services are still available, or there are no other unacceptable circumstances,
our company will send the member a separate shipping notification (contract established), or the member can check the shipping status directly on the website.

Leave a message in the order communication section within 7 days of receiving the goods → Confirmation of eligibility for return/exchange → Select return method → Return/exchange item review → Prepare to ship the exchange item or refund

Unjustified Returns and Order Cancellations
If you return goods without cause, or cancel orders without cause and receive two or more refunds,
DayBuyDay reserves the right to terminate your account and refuse your use of the website's services.
Refinement Period Calculation
According to the Consumer Protection Law, from the date the goods arrive in your possession,
consumers have a seven-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt. During this period, you cannot try out the product; it is only for reference, viewing, and comparison.
Seven-day cooling-off period: Includes public holidays, calculated from the day you pick up the goods at the convenience store or receive home delivery.
To return or exchange goods, they must be restored to their original condition upon receipt,
and the complete packaging must be maintained. The paper delivery receipt must be kept safe.
There must be no visible damage or signs of use caused by the customer. No accessories should be missing or the original packaging damaged.
If the product itself, any gifts, or any accompanying documents or materials are damaged or lost, we cannot provide a return service.
Acceptable Return/Exchange Instructions
(1) If the product is incomplete or missing items upon receipt (e.g., missing a gift with purchase), please open the package, immediately record and photograph the contents, and take a picture of the shipping slip, then contact customer service.
(2) If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please open the package, immediately record and photograph the contents, and take a picture of the shipping slip, then contact customer service.
(3) Returned goods must be notified to customer service within the seven-day inspection period and returned within Taiwan. Unacceptable Returns/Exchanges:
(1) Items returned after the 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) (appreciation period is not the trial period).
(2) Items that have been opened and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as: soiling, malfunction, damage, wear, scratches, abrasions, or dirt.
(3) Minor creases in the outer packaging box that do not affect the quality of the product itself.
(4) Returned items with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing invoices or accessories.
(5) Malicious or bulk returns.
(6) If a return or refund is requested due to personal reasons, it will not be possible to request a return or refund again if the same item is ordered again.
Return/Exchange Shipping Costs:
If the product has no problems, but you request official assistance for confirmation or testing, regardless of whether it is within the appreciation period → you will be responsible for the shipping costs for both sending and returning the item.
If the items you ordered are not as described or are defective, the shipping cost will be borne by DayBuyDay Limited.
Refund Policy
For credit card payments: After successful return confirmation, the refund will be directly credited to the original credit card account used for payment.
For bank transfers or convenience store payments: After successful return confirmation, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
